1. Hello Pekpol Ostrołęka Board Members, my name is Pedro Carolino (BRA / SUI) and I am a professional volleyball coach and scoutman. (Indoor and Beach) I'm looking for a coaching / assistant-coach / Scoutman position in your club. I was a pro player until 2002 in Brazil. By then (due knee injuries) I started coaching on my club (Clube de Regatas Flamengo - Rio de Janeiro). I live in Switzerland since 2006. And since then I have been working with 1st and 2nd division teams as Head-coach. (men & women) Also since 2006 I work as assistant-coach and scoutman of the Swiss Junior Indoor National Team (men). In the beach volley I work as Head-coach of the Swiss U23 Beach National Team Prawdzic-Quadt (2007-2011). Now first year as adult team... As well as co-trainer of the A-Beach Swiss National Team Laciga-Bellaguarda. (2010) The Polish league can be compared to the Brazilian league in many aspects. That is why I'm looking for a job in this league. So I can improve myself as a coach, while supporting my club with my previous experience and know-how during the season, and learning a language, and reaching out to overcome new challenges! I'm sure I will be a great asset for your club! I am hard working. I'm always eager to learn. And my previous experience as Head-Coach of 1st division in Switzerland will be very helpful when I work as assistant during the whole season. Since I can support/understand well the concerns and dilemmas of the head-coach and players. As well as being a professional scoutman, improving the support for the head-coach and the team.
